The building is under reconstruction project. Society has entered into redevelopment agreement with M/s. Kamal Joshi Developers, Mulund (west). All 30 members have vacated the building. Building will be demolished as soon as IOD is received by the Re-developer. Building will be reconstructed within 18 months.
Benefits of Reconstruction:
I will get 10% of existing carpet area – free + approx. Rs. 1 lakh as share of corpus fund. Further any additional requirement of area will be charged at Rs. 4500/- per sq. ft. The new building will be 9 floors with stilt parking. The person who purchases my flat will be eligible to receive monthly rent of Rs. 6160/- p.m. till the building is reconstructed and possession of the flat is given. The purchaser will have to pay an additional amount approx. 3.75 lakhs (in instalments) for the additional carpet area: 81.20 sq. ft.
